A summary of upcoming Squash
events for the rest of the year:

Friday 12 September, 5.30pm - Exhibition Squash - SFC, Swakopmund
In preparation for the main event, the top players from Walvis and
Swakop will play each other in a mini round robin. A small
bring-your-own braai follows so come along and enjoy the squash and the
fun afterwards.

19 - 21 September- Namibian Open - Walvis Bay
The season’s big event. The draw looks good with SA’s number 1 and 4
ranked players entering and of course all of Namibia’s top players.

17 - 19 October - SFC Club Champs - SFC, Swakopmund
Date to be confirmed. This will be for members only and a chance to
settle old scores. If anyone is interested in sponsoring this
event to make it a roaring success and an annual fixture on our squash
calender, please contact the committee.

24 - 26 October - Top 16 Invitational - Walvis Bay
An elite tournament with high stakes and excellent squash.

7 - 9 November - Interclub Championships - Walvis Bay
A team event and one in which we hope to do well for the first time
in yonx.

27 - 29 December - Coastal Open - SFC, Swakopmund
The big one on our calendar. Last year the squash was tremendous.
